Returns and Exchanges

assistance for returning or exchanging a product

If your WPI equipment malfunctions or breaks, WPI will fix or replace your product depending upon it's warranty. See Terms and Conditions for additional information. **Please do not return any product without first obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) through filling out the form below. An email will be sent to you with the RMA number upon receipt of the information on the form.

Under Warranty

  • Product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you

Not Under Warranty

  • Evaluation will be made to assess the problem
  • You will be notified of cost via email or fax
  • The product will not be fixed until you give approval

Process

  • Fill out the RMA form below
  • When you receive email confirmation with RMA confirmation number, mail your product to
    • World Precision Instruments

  • After we recived your product we will notify you of any costs to repair a product that is not under warranty.

Terms and Conditions

  • Returns are subject to 25% restocking/handling fee
    • Restock fee may be waived at WPI's discretion if another item of equal or greater value is purchased and original item is returned in new condition and original packaging.
  • WPI assumes no responsibility for equipment damaged in transit if shipped in packaging not approved by WPI.
  • Exchanges are allowed 30 days of original pruchase
  • Batteries are not covered under warranty. Requests for battery replacements will incur a charge
  • All non-warranty repairs will incur a $75 bench fee even if the product is found to be working. An estimate of repairs will be provided once the product is received and tested.
