Returns and Exchanges
assistance for returning or exchanging a product
If your WPI equipment malfunctions or breaks, WPI will fix or replace your product depending upon it's warranty. See Terms and Conditions for additional information. **Please do not return any product without first obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) through filling out the form below. An email will be sent to you with the RMA number upon receipt of the information on the form.Under Warranty
- Product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you
Not Under Warranty
- Evaluation will be made to assess the problem
- You will be notified of cost via email or fax
- The product will not be fixed until you give approval

- When you receive email confirmation with RMA confirmation number, mail your product to

- After we recived your product we will notify you of any costs to repair a product that is not under warranty.
Terms and Conditions
- Returns are subject to 25% restocking/handling fee
- Restock fee may be waived at WPI's discretion if another item of equal or greater value is purchased and original item is returned in new condition and original packaging.
- WPI assumes no responsibility for equipment damaged in transit if shipped in packaging not approved by WPI.
- Exchanges are allowed 30 days of original pruchase
- Batteries are not covered under warranty. Requests for battery replacements will incur a charge
- All non-warranty repairs will incur a $75 bench fee even if the product is found to be working. An estimate of repairs will be provided once the product is received and tested.
